Elaine would love to work with the Mercedes AMG Formula 1 Team, combining her lifelong passion for F1 with her skills in performance enhancement and coaching. She'd especially love to coach Toto Wolff, the Team Principal of Mercedes AMG Petronas F1.

Most Interesting Project
Elaine loves working with a white-labelled client who trust us with the leadership development of the managers and leaders in their business. We work across all levels of leaders, with accredited programmes at both Member and Fellowship level, and it's great to be able to offer this client our insight into working with their entire leadership population.

Elaine is guided by her values and personal experiences, including the loss of her first fiancé in her early twenties, which inspires her to make the most of life and create meaningful impact for others.
