Learn how we are delivering workshops in a Covid Secure way

We are delivering face to face training when appropriate in line with government guidance and ensuring the safety of all our participants. When you're ready. We're ready.

We are still living in unsettling times and COVID-19 is going to be with us for some time to come. As businesses begin to reopen their doors the demand for face to face workshops is starting to return.

For the foreseeable future we will operate on a virtual first basis. This means that virtual workshops will always be our first recommendation ahead of gathering people in face to face groups. Virtual delivery will now be a permanent part of what we do allowing our clients more flexibility.

The demand for face to face workshops is increasing and over the past few months we’ve been working hard on what we need to do to make sure that our return to 'face to face' is carefully managed. We want to ensure that our clients and participants feel safe but also comfortable when attending workshops with us.

HOW ARE BLUE GNU DELIVERING COVID SECURE WORKSHOPS?

  • Running workshops in outdoor, ventilated spaces where possible; getting out in the fresh air while the weather still allows!

  • Enhanced risk assessments for each venue or client premises we use to ensure that they are and continue to be COVID Secure

  • Workshop leader and participant health declarations before each event (negative lateral flow tests as a minimum)

  • Carefully planned room layouts to ensure social distancing

  • A diligent approach to cleaning. We'll do it too even if our venue has done this already

  • Enhanced client liaison with you

  • Quaranting 'participant material packs' to ensure no direct hand to hand contact between us

  • Changes to catering and how food is handled and supplied

  • Increased flexibility about last minute changes to workshop participants or dates

  • Appropriate use of face shields and face coverings where social distancing is not possible

  • Quarantining of participant material packs at least two days ahead of the event to safeguard against any hand to hand contamination
