Position Overview:
As our Team Administrator, you will ensure our events and our office are running effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. You will be liaising with both our internal team members, our wonderful clients and delivering exceptional customer service to both. The successful candidate will have prior Admin/Customer Service experience, excellent organisational skills, be proactive, and have strong attention to detail.
You will be the face of customer service and administrative co-ordination and keep things running smoothly. You'll report into our Office Manager. This is a busy and varied position where you will take the lead on several key areas as follows:
Event Co-ordination

Administration and event logistics for our learning events and programmes

Tracking attendance and keeping our database and systems up to date.
Marketing & Sales

Dealing with our key stakeholders, clients and prospects (in person, on the phone or by email)

Administration of our sales pipeline via our CRM system, Capsule

Helping to deal with incoming business enquiries
Administration
-
Client support – being the first port of call for any client queries (typically via email)

Support with administrative tasks for the internal team/CEO

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) at all levels

Planful - able to look ahead and prepare for what needs to be done (so no balls are dropped)

Qualifications or Skills:

Strong background in business administration or customer facing roles

Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages

Some knowledge of web-based specialist software (e.g. Xero, Capsule) - preferred but not essential

All the Other Important Stuff:

Salary of £30,000 FTE, dependent on experience. We are looking for someone for a minimum (equivalent) of 4 working days per week (30 hours which can be spread across the week, ideally all five days.). Ideally, this is a full time (37-38 hours) BUSY role supporting a business with multiple clients and needs.
